REGISTRATION OF CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

At the time specified in point 8 of the tender conditions, the tenderers submit to the commission member a sealed envelope on which the following must be written: the name and address of the tenderer, the name and address of the property for which the rental tender was announced and the reference „Property for rental tender” . The documents issued by the financial institution confirming that the down payment has been paid are submitted together with the envelope. The envelope must contain the following documents:

1. an application indicating the name, surname, address of the place of residence of the tenderer or his authorized person (these requirements apply to natural persons) or the legal form, name, code and address of the registered office of the person, copies of the founding documents or other documents confirming the fact of founding (these requirements apply to legal entities), contact person's phone number, e-mail address; the name and address of the credit institution, the account number and code, what activities are planned to be carried out, the proposed specific amount of rental fees;

2. power of attorney approved in accordance with the established procedure, if the tenderer is represented in the tender by his authorized person;

3. Bidders are registered in the registration log of property rental bidders.

4. If the participant himself participates in the registration of documents, the tenderer's certificate is issued to the tenderer, or sent by mail, which indicates the serial number of the registration, the date and time of receipt of the envelope (to the nearest minute), the place (address), date and exact time of the commission meeting.

5. Persons are not registered as bidders if they have not paid the initial deposit and have not submitted documents issued by a financial institution confirming that this deposit has been paid, if they have submitted an unsealed envelope, the sender of which cannot be identified as a bidder, before the time of document registration specified in the bid announcement or after for the time of registration of documents specified in the announcement, if according to the inscription on the received sealed envelope it is impossible to identify the state property to be rented, if the specified deficiencies are not corrected while the documents are registered. The documents are returned by registered mail to persons who are not registered tender participants for the reasons specified in this point, no later than the next working day after receiving the documents.

6. The registered tenderer has the right to cancel the submitted application and submit a new application and other specified documents before the end of the document registration deadline specified in the announcement. In such a case, the registration log of tenderers shall record that the previous application has been canceled and, if a new envelope has been submitted, the date and time of submission of the new envelope shall be indicated. A tenderer who submits an envelope with new documents is given a new registration number. It is forbidden to submit a new application without canceling the previous one. To a tenderer who has canceled the submitted application, the submitted documents are returned after the tender or, if no other person registers to participate in the tender, after the document registration deadline has expired.

7. Until the beginning of the commission meeting, the tender envelopes with documents are not opened, other persons are not informed of the data about the registered tender participants. Envelopes that cannot be identified as being related to the competition (e.g. without the information requested to be submitted) are not considered to have been submitted to the competition and their contents are not evaluated in accordance with the procedure set out in these terms and conditions.
