Based on the 2023 resolution of the Šilutė District Municipal Council. November 30 decision no. T1-159 „Regarding the consent to reorganize budgetary institutions – the Cultural Center of Old Village Traditions, the Ethnoculture and Information Center of the Island, the Ethnocultural Center of Žemaičiai Region”, prepared by the Šilutė Culture and Entertainment Center (participating institution in the reorganization), the Cultural Center of Old Village Traditions, the Ethnocultural Center of Žemaičiai Region , Description of the conditions for the reorganization of the island's ethno-culture and information center and its connection to the budgetary institution Šilutė Culture and Entertainment Center.

The Šilutė Culture and Entertainment Center is an institution participating in the reorganization, which will take over the rights and duties of the reorganized budgetary institutions and will continue its activities after the reorganization.
